Tuition is payable by semester and due by the first class. First class is on Monday, August 10, 2026. There will be a total of 31 classes in the semester. If paying after August 10, add a $15.00 late fee to your tuition.
Tuition is due in advance on the 5th of each month. Payments received after the 5th will incur a $15 late fee. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds (NSF).
Monthly tuition is based on the entire dance season and is averaged throughout the year to account for holidays, scheduled studio closures, and months with varying numbers of classes. As a result, monthly tuition remains the same each month unless otherwise communicated by Dance Island Hawaii.
Missed Classes
Tuition is not adjusted or refunded for missed classes. If a make-up class is available, it may be scheduled with instructor approval and based on class availability.
Withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw from classes, written notice must be provided at least two weeks in advance.
Arrival & Dismissal
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children before and after class. Dance Island Hawaii, Laura Kunimura LLC, and its instructors are not responsible for students outside of their scheduled class time.
Students who arrive early are welcome to wait quietly and respectfully until their class begins. For safety and to minimize disruption, students arriving more than 10 minutes late may observe class but will not be permitted to participate that day.
